I have finally completed my long list of custom orders! Here are a couple pics.
The First one was for one of my French Beaded Southern Magnolia Stems.
And the last one was an Orange and Black Gerbera Daisy.
Because I've been doing custom orders for so long I haven't had time to do any new Spring designs, and I've got a few new ideas that I've been dying to try out. So, on March 16th I will stop taking custom orders until the end of April so I can dedicate more time to new designs and patterns.
I've already started on the first one. It's going to be a Tulip Sculpture. This is a poor picture from my phone, so the purple doesn't show properly. But I've had these purple beads sitting around for over a year now and I haven't been able to figure out what to make with them. Now they will be tulips. Watch for the finished piece in just a few days!
After that I want to whip up some Snowdrops. I found this little teacup at a local thrift store a few weeks back when I first decided to make Snowdrops, and I'm hoping I will be able to plant them in there. :) I've purchased some white size 13 cut beads for the project and I can't wait to play with them!
And I will be making some more Irises so I can make a PDF pattern for it. :) I better get on it because March is almost half-way done. :S
I also got some yellow size 15 beads that I plan on turning into a Mini Daffodil Sculpture! That one might not get done until April though. *SIGH*
